We at P.S.I - Properties, Surveys and Inspections believe that as the “buyers agent” it is part of our job to ensure all financial aspects of the purchase operation is made clear to our clients. The majority of our clients are foreigners and do not understand the process of buying a property on the Costa del Sol, but with our services we provide all the information needed in order to buy a property safely.

We advise our clients every step of the way from calculating how much cash is need to complete the property purchase, how much bank finance is required and if necessary, what budgets are needed for any home renovations.

Most Spanish real estate agents like to get the buyer to place a deposit on a property as soon as possible, and they do this by reducing the over head costs to help “close” the deal. Unfortunately these over head costs do not disappear and that is why having a property professional by your side, that speaks your language, is essential to complete the real estate transaction safely. Miscalculating the monthly costs or even missing a hidden cost can create a stressful situation for any buyer, especially one that is foreign and this is why we will make sure every financial aspect of the property purchase is made aware to you.
