Project Management

Project Management and Project Coordination Service

Building a house can be a stimulating and an exciting project, if you get it right it. Unfortunately getting it right is where many people fail.

Project ManagementCommon sense must prevail when considering building your new home that involves vast sums of your money; a certain amount of serious thought must go into it. P.S.I can offer you a full Project Management and/or Coordination Service that will include controlling of all the key aspects of the project whilst ensuring that you, the Client have had all your key objectives met that you put forward to us right from the beginning of the project.

Before starting on a building project in Spain, below we have given you a few points to consider. However, if you know what you are doing and you have the time and patience, then building yourself can be very rewarding, but it can also be fraught with problems.

If you choose to relieve yourself of the stresses and strains, but still want to have a relaxing, stress free build instead, then our Project Coordination team will organise and supervise everything for you without removing any of the rewarding exhilaration from the project. In fact our aim is to be as flexible as possible to allow you to be involved to a level which suits you best, be it full time, part time, or not at all.

Before making any decision, remember that there is allot at risk and why do you need the stress and hassle of building in Spain, when we can do it for you.

All building projects begin with a basic idea, your idea or someone else's idea it doesn't matter. How it should look from outside, how many bedrooms, bathrooms, how many floors, etc. The ultimate aim of course is to produce a villa, a Finca, a chalet, or a house or whatever you prefer to call your property with all the features you desire.

The reachability of this aim depends on a number of factors:

The Budget & Build Quality

The Building Plot

The Builder & The Architect

The Spanish Building Regulations

Property Details:

Project Description: New Build and Design
Location: El Rosario, Marbella
Type: Private Residence
Area: 322m²

This property evolved according to the impressive views from the site and the natural fall of the land. The plot is a select location in one of the established areas of the Costa del Sol. With these factors in mind we have designed a contemporary villa offering all the creature comforts and modern necessities that would be required in a luxury private residence. The interaction between the property and the views is a critical feature allowing vast panoramic views from all points in the property. With a clever interaction of levels and volumes we have strived to create a truly dynamic property.

Property Details:

Project Description: Renovation/Alteration of an Existing Residence
Location: Puerto Banus, Marbella
Type: Private Residence
Area: 130m²

This property was originally designed in 1961 and has a very rich history and unique character. The current owner wished to extend/alter this villa to cater for his family’s new lifestyle, opening the property up to the views and the surrounding environment, whilst still remaining private and secure. The original property is a classical villa with Ionic columns, Classical arcading and Roman Arches. In order to maintain the strong aesthetic of the property we have maintained the same character for the new additions and renovations throughout. By integrating the landscaping and new extensions we have collaborated very closely with the client to ‘open up’ an already ‘closed and introverted’ place.
